Order Cancellation/Refunds

We can give refunds for orders ONLY in cases where the customer contacts us within 2 hours of placing their order. In these cases, please contact us at: 

support@majoraesthetic.com

Exception: All sticker sales are final unless the item arrives damaged. We are unable to cancel orders for stickers once the order has been placed.  

Returns/Exchanges

We do not guarantee full refunds after 2 hours of an order being placed. We do not offer exchanges for items that are the wrong size or do not fit. For this reason, we strongly advise that you look carefully at our sizing charts before placing an order. If an item arrives damaged or gets lost in the mail, we will send you a new item. If there is a unique issue with your order, please reach out to us and we will deal with such inquiries on a case-by-case basis.
